- Informational/Transactional messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and account-related communications.

- Promotional messages: service offerings, updates, and marketing communications (only if you have specifically opted in).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any service.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Payment and Fees

Service fees, if applicable, will be communicated prior to engagement. All fees are due as agreed upon in your service agreement. Built by Brooklyn LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Built by Brooklyn LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
